I love a guy who can rock a nice winter scarf.
Wool. Cotton. or maybe even CASHMERE if he’s classy enough.
Stay away from the crochet, that’s my only advice.
Look in the store windows, guys. It’s time to invest in a peacoat and match it with a scarf with the weather starts to get chilly!

Military Style Jackets
I feel like this military look can give a normally preppy girl like myself a badass edge.

All we get as Winona residents is a little thing called “The Winona Mall”….I put that statement in quotes because literally the only stores (that i can remember) that exist in that mall is a tanning salon, a Hallmark, and a Vanity.
ET VOILA!
Vanity is having a fashion show!
This is probably going to be the most exciting thing to come to the Winona mall since it opened….
November 21st!

I’m a Facebook junkie…… Admitted.
And lately…those ads on the side of every page has suggested to me a place called ModCloth.
Now, those things are supposed to be checking out your Fbook and profiling you into a certain target market. In other words: they are supposed to only be showing you ads that would interest YOU.
Also, I’ve seen the brand mentioned in a few friends’ statuses….

Metrosexuals. This type of male is personally my favorite kind. They really do add a lot to society. I mean, I’m not saying that men should be going out getting their hair highlighted and having weekly manicures done…no. But keep the hair cut nicely & stop making your mom or girlfriend do all of the shopping for you. Men, don’t be afraid to develop a fashion sense of your own.
Hell, you can even admit to LIKING shopping sometimes.

New Hair!

**Here, for my second hair fashion post…I will talk about Hippie Hair.
Bombshell. It’s the NEWEST THING! woo! I’m sure you’ve seen this around….
–The Hippie Braid.
This can, of course, be done in a variety of ways. You can braid all of your hair and put it back in a bun, you can do a few small braids in hair that is let down…etc. Bottom line—braids are in! So have fun with it!
—The Hippie String Head-Wrap Thing.
Basically it doesn’t matter what it is, a cute piece of ribbon, braided string… whatever. Nobody will question whatever random thing you want to tie around your head because HIPPIE. IS. IN.!!
